Aaron Gladman, the Company’s CEO graduated from John Molson School of business with a bachelor of finance. With vast experience in Sales and business development working for Canada’s largest mobile telecommunications company, Aaron has harnessed his innovative business development skills to join the Payments industry in 2011. Since then, Aaron has been navigating the payment space working directly with financial institutions, payment platforms, Mastercard, Visa, local payment schemes, banks, and various service providers to create a comprehensive payment eco system.
Aaron has successfully built teams and departments within the organizations group of companies in order to manage full-scale payment platforms and gateways. He has directed and created operational protocols successfully in compliance, finance, CSR, account management, business development, and operations, and overseen full-scale operations to ensure smooth running and profitability for the group of companies.
Aaron has led negotiations with financial institutions which support the business and has been a crucial player in on-boarding and servicing hundreds of corporate clients around the world generating millions of dollars for the organization.
While navigating the industry and its various challenges, Aaron’s deep and continuous acquisition of knowledge of payments and the financial ecosystem, which supports it, has allowed him to grow as a figurehead and thought leader in the payments space over the last 8 years.
